Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy outlines our billing principles, custom quote models, taxes, and service subscriptions.

1. Custom Project Quote Model

All software engineering, application building, and web development projects at Sysnet Developers are custom quoted based on individual requirements, stack specifications, and development timelines. Clients receive a comprehensive estimate sheet before kickoff. Standard service budgets typically range between ₹25,000 to ₹5,00,000 depending on complexity.

2. Standard Billing Breakdown

Milestone Billing: Project payments are divided into deliverables. Typical plans require a 30% advance deposit, 40% on design & functional layouts approval, and 30% upon completion prior to hosting.
Hourly Contracts: Minor alterations or consultancy services may be billed hourly, at rates starting from ₹1,200 per hour.

3. Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) rates are customized per project size (starting from ₹5,000/year up to 15% of project contract value). AMC covers standard security patches, package upgrades, and data backups.

4. Extra Updation Packages

Clients can request upgrades or additions through their dashboard. Developers estimate the scope and quote a fixed extra cost package (e.g. adding payment modules, SMS integrations). Work begins upon client payment or approval of the assigned extra cost.

5. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Standard GST tax breakups of 18% (CGST 9% + SGST 9%) are applicable on digital bills and contracts processed online for eligible entities.
