Sysnet Developers Private Limited provides professional website engineering, desktop software development, custom application development, and web consultation services. Scope of deliverables is defined separately under individual client contracts.
When we initialize client credentials for your project access, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any payment initiated or support request ticket filed through your client portal is deemed to be authorized by you.
Outstanding balances must be paid prior to final deployment or hand-over of codebases. Domain renewal dues must be cleared before the expiry date to avoid external hosting suspensions.
Upon full settlement of project dues, the client inherits proprietary rights to the source codes, graphics, and database structures developed for their specific project, unless stated otherwise under service agreements.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of operations is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idukki/Kochi, Kerala.
